Supported Living

Our supported living services empower adults to live in their own homes — whether that's a shared house, their own flat, or within a supported living scheme — with exactly the right level of support to help them thrive.

Dementia Care

Physical Disabilities

Our physically accessible facilities and trained staff support adults with physical disabilities to live as independently as possible. We provide comprehensive personal care, mobility assistance, and work with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

All our relevant care homes are fully wheelchair accessible with adapted bathrooms, hoisting equipment, and assistive technology to support independence and dignity.

We work with local authorities, NHS Integrated Care Boards, community health teams, and self-funders across England. Making a referral is straightforward — contact our team to discuss the individual's needs and we'll guide you through the process.

Step 1: Initial Enquiry

Call or email our team to discuss the individual's needs, preferred location, and type of support required. We'll confirm availability and suitability.

Step 2: Assessment

We carry out a comprehensive needs assessment — visiting the individual if possible — to ensure we can provide the right level of care and develop an accurate, personalised support plan.

Step 3: Placement & Transition

We plan a smooth transition, involving the individual and their support network every step of the way. Our teams ensure the move-in is positive and well-prepared.
